Old Capitol Mall
Located in the heart of downtown Iowa City, next to the University of Iowa campus, this 285,000 square foot mall was purchased out of bankruptcy in 2003 and redeveloped by the Hodge group.
Hodge completed the entire renovation, creating 185,000 square feet of space for the University of Iowa, and another 100,000 square feet of retail space. This building has allowed for an ongoing relationship between the University of Iowa and Hodge Construction as management partners.
