North Liberty’s first craft brewery. This project includes some fun and interesting building features beyond a typical restaurant space such as the brewhouse/beer production space, duckpin bowling alley and exterior playground space.
On the Edge of Everything. This seven-story building features towers - one for luxury condominiums, the other for an eco-minded extended stay hotel overlooking the edge of the Iowa City downtown district.
